Birth to Three

infant toddler

EASTCONN's Birth to Three program provides evaluations and services by our highly qualified professional staff in the homes of young children, birth to age 3, who have been identified with developmental delays.

Children and their families receive services from specialists including Early Intervention Teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, as well as other services that may be deemed necessary. Parents and family members are an integral part of the early intervention team, learning the techniques that will help their child's developmental growth and working alongside the home visitors.

Consultation and collaboration with early care and education providers is conducted to ensure consistency and continuity of support.

Through this program, children increase their developmental skills, and families learn how to strengthen their role as the primary educators of their children, meeting IFSP goals and objectives.
