Student Technology Support
EASTCONN Technology Services is here to support your IT needs with EASTCONN-owned Devices. To better serve all our students, here are the services we are able to assist with.
We can provide for EASTCONN-Owned Devices:
- Password resets/account activations
- Hardware-related service (device swap outs when needed)
- G-Suite product access issues\Connectivity support (EASTCONN supplied Hotspots/JetPacks)
We cannot provide and/or support:
- Help with Google Classroom/instruction/assignments
- Support for non-EASTCONN equipment (home pc’s, etc)
- Home networking equipment/routers
- Printing from Chromebooks
