Anna looks forward to working with school districts to support the work of school administrators in the areas of leadership coaching, development of systemic models for interventions, and utilization of professional learning communities and building walkthroughs to impact student learning.

Anna believes in the importance of building relationships as the first step to working with school leaders, staff, and students. By developing a personalized competency based learning model that is grounded in learning centered practices, she believes that schools can better prepare students as 21 century learners.

In her leadership capacity, Anna has worked as a principal and department supervisor of pupil services. Incorporating her skills as a special educator into her leadership work has been invaluable and allows her to bring an understanding of social emotional learning, analysis of student data, and developing personalized instructional strategies.

As a principal, Anna led her school to a “School of Distinction” honor from the CT State Department of Education for highest performing, highest growth for all students and highest growth for high needs students. In addition, her school was also awarded the Exemplary School Climate award from the CT Association of Schools.
