Assistive Technology For Adults

Assistive Technology Services

The EASTCONN Assistive Technology (AT) Team provides adults services through partnership with the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services and the Connecticut Tech Act Project. The focus of these services is on the use of assistive technology to support employment, digital accessibility, telecommunications and raising awareness of accessible pharmacy services.

We are pleased to now offer private pay services for adult consumers who need assistance with assistive technology and/or augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). These services can focus on assisting with and troubleshooting use of existing technologies, determining appropriate technologies to meet the needs of the adult consumer and providing consultation and training to the consumer as well as family members and care givers.

We will assist you in determining the service or combination of services that would best meet your AT needs.
