Remote Assistance

  1. Head to EASTCONN Remote Assistance
  2. Allow the download of the Teamviewer application
  3. Follow the installation directions
  4. When complete, a window will appear, containing your ID and password
  5. Call the EASTCONN IT Employee associated with your particular issue

 

Squawk Tickets

  1. Head to EASTCONN Tech Support
  2. Login using your assigned credentials (matches email credentials for EASTCONN users)
  3. Click "New Ticket" and fill out the corresponding information, including type and priority of issue, and then submit
  4. You will then be contacted via the provided contact information as soon as possible
