EASTCONN Technology Services is here to support your IT needs with EASTCONN-owned Devices. To better serve all our students, here are the services we are able to assist with.

We can provide for EASTCONN-Owned Devices:

  • Password resets/account activations
  • Hardware-related service (device swap outs when needed)
  • G-Suite product access issues\Connectivity support (EASTCONN supplied Hotspots/JetPacks)

We cannot provide and/or support:

  • Help with Google Classroom/instruction/assignments
  • Support for non-EASTCONN equipment (home pc’s, etc)
  • Home networking equipment/routers
  • Printing from Chromebooks
