Center-based Programs

At our centers, children receive:

  • Full-day, full-year care, with a child-centered approach to learning
  • Daily nutritious meals
  • Coordinated services to provide tools and resources addressing the child’s health and educational needs

Home-based Program

In our home-based program, home visitors come to participants’ homes for weekly 90-minute education sessions, for families who are pregnant or parenting a child under three. Families gather regularly for play and socialization and are linked with a variety of resources and services according to their needs. The EASTCONN programs are committed to high-quality early childhood programming, including highly qualified teachers and home visitors, ongoing professional development, small class size, a low child-to-staff ratio, and parent engagement in their children’s learning.

Head Start - Serving Children Ages 3-5
