Leadership has a powerful influence on student outcomes. Leaders and educators have an understanding of the continuous learning process that drives a learning culture system. This offering is designed to support new evaluators of other leaders and evaluators and educators, PDEC members along with those who are in need of a refresher. Participants will gain clarity in how to effectively implement the evaluation procedure systems of professional learning and continuous growth.
