Cooking Up Your Curriculum with AQIS

Cooking activities are not just about preparing food - they serve as a gateway to a wide range of developmental benefits. By introducing children to the kitchen environment, educators can provide a space for ands-on learning, sensory exploration, and interactive experiences that support cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth.

In this interactive session we explore ways to create memorable foodie experiences for children and connect those experiences to learning! We will connect to NAEYC Standard 2 Planning and implementing an Engaging Curriculum to meet Meaningful Goals, as well as Standard 4 Teaching to Enhance Each Child's Development and Learning.

Bon Appetit!
